ماهي مراحل سرطان الرئه؟
أتلقي كثير من الأسئله من مرضي سرطان الرئه عن مرحله المرض أو مرحله سرطان الرئه الذي يوجهه المريض بشجاعه وثبات أملا في الشفاء باذن الله. وسأجيب باختصار عن هذا الشاغل لدي المرضي
إن مرحلة سرطان الرئه ترمز في النهايه الي درجة أو شدة المرض وبالتالي نوع وأسلوب العلاج المطلوب وأيضا النتائج المتوقعة. وقد اصطلح الأطباء تعابير محددة وخاصة لوصف المرحلة التي وصلها المريض. وتعمتد كل مرحله في العموم علي حجم الورم وانتشار المرض الي الغدد الليمفاويه أو الي أجزاء أخري داخل تجويف الصدر أو الي اعضاء أخر في الجسم

:لكن التعابير المباشرة التي قد تصف تلك المراحل هي
سرطان الرئه الموضعي: للإشارة إلى أن إنتشار السرطان يقتصر على الرئة وحده
سرطان الرئه المناطقي أي في منطقة معينة وما جاورها: للإشارة إلى أن سرطان الرئة قد إنتشر ووصل إلى الغدد اللمفاوية ضمن منطقة الصدر. ومن المعروف أن الغدد اللمفاوية تقع خارج الرئتين وتعمل بمثابة منظومة الترشيح التي تقوم بجمع الخلايا السرطانية التي تبدأ بمغادرة الرئة للانتشار نحو الخارج
سرطان الرئه المنتشر أي الذي انتشر بعيداً: للإشارة إلى أن سرطان الرئة قد إنتشر ووصل إلى أجزاء الجسم الأخرى
